At Whale we are trying to take over the documentation & training space day by day and are now looking for a growth marketeer to help us achieve that goal. This person has a wide array of tactical marketing skills at their disposal and knows which buttons to push to drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement effective paid marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, social media platforms, and other relevant networks.
Leverage your SEO expertise to optimize our website’s search engine rankings and organic visibility, staying ahead of the competition. Collaborate with our content marketeer to maximize the impact of her blog articles, whitepapers, podcasts, etc.
Set up and conduct experiments across multiple platforms to fine-tune our marketing approach based on data-driven insights.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Actively work with the product team to understand user behavior, conduct A/B tests, and optimize user experiences to increase conversions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Growth Marketeer within the SaaS industry (or B2B in general), with a track record of driving lead generation and customer acquisition.
Proficiency in both paid marketing channels (e.g., PPC, display advertising) and organic strategies (e.g., content marketing, SEO, social media).
Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio) and Hubspot.
Familiarity with various social media platforms and their role in driving brand engagement and traffic.
A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and extract actionable insights to inform marketing decisions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
A proactive attitude, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends.
