What does it mean to be an e-commerce success manager at H1?
The e-commerce success manager is the sparring partner for our customer with an ongoing webshop/site. You ensure that we help (where our expertise lies) to make the customer successful, and emphasize on completing the project well and efficiently/profitably with high customer satisfaction.
You manage a (new) project from start to finish, you create the project plan and discuss the action plan with the customer. You oversee new and current issues for a customer and you always know what is going on. It is also important that you build a warm relationship with the customer and understand the business. You come up with new ideas that stimulate additional sales of functionalities.
In addition, you monitor quality, budget and planning and you are involved in the correct project documentation. You test before delivery to the customer, coordinate internally/externally and ultimately ensure a correct transfer to the support organization.
