You are highly skilled in PHP development, such as Symfony. You brainstorm how to make processes more efficient and improve application performance. You ensure that software doesn’t need to be developed twice, promoting standardization in the process.
You are the technical owner of e-commerce solutions for our clients. You inspire colleagues with great ideas, but you also draw inspiration from others. You work alongside another Tech Lead, jointly developing our ‘way of working’ and standards.
You also assist other developers in making their software more efficient, better, and robust. Guiding and mentoring junior and mid-level developers, helping them grow to your level, is something you enjoy.
You are involved in client discussions and serve as our technical thinking partner. You translate client needs into truly effective technical solutions and are capable of explaining your technical solutions and architecture to the client.
