Our technology profile search engine allows you to increase the relevance of your search results and reduce the time spent searching for ideal candidates. CVs are ranked by relevance, by similarity between the search criteria and the profile. The last activity of the candidate is indicated and in case of even matching, the most recent candidate will be ranked higher.
Candidates can indicate whether they are Actively, Passively, or Not looking for a new opportunity. This will allow the recruiter to prioritize which profiles to contact or follow up on.
